Refunds and cancellation

All payments are final

All payments for plans and top-ups are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly plan charges, unused plan credits, and unused top-up credits.

Please check the plan and top-up you are buying before you pay. Every new account gets one finished example project, so you can see how the app works first.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Billing errors

If we charge you by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we will correct it. Email hello@videostoryads.com from the email address on your account with the date and amount of the charge.

When we correct a billing error, the money goes back to your original payment method. Banks can take several business days to show it.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access, and your remaining plan credits, until the end of the month you already paid for.

There are no partial refunds for the rest of the month.

After that month ends, your account stays open and your projects stay saved, but anything that uses credits stops until you subscribe again. Top-up credits need an active plan to use. They stay on your account until they expire.

Failed making jobs

If a job to make a voiceover, image or clip fails, the credits for that job go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. This returns credits, not money.

There are no automatic retries. If a job finished but you want a different result, making it again uses credits again.

Plan credits and top-up credits

Plan credits are added each month when your plan renews: 160 on Starter and 820 on Studio. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month.

Top-ups are $19 for 150 credits, $47 for 380 credits, and $97 for 800 credits. They need an active plan, and the credits are added only after the payment is confirmed. Top-up credits last 12 months from the date you buy them.

What credits are and are not

• Credits are used when you make media and run tools in the app. The cost of each action is shown before you confirm.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another account or person.
• Your balance never goes negative, and there is never an overage charge.
• If a credit price changes, credits already in your balance are never taken away.
